A locked-down Raspberry Pi assistant that decides “Can I play a screen game?” for my kids based on real-world rules and progress. ScreenGate Pi runs OpenClaw on a Raspberry Pi in a fully locked-down setup using lightweight local LLMs only (no cloud). Kids ask for screen time, and it evaluates the request using stored context like chores, homework, school status, time of day, and household rules. If criteria aren’t met, it clearly explains what’s missing and what to do next. If everything checks out, it grants permission and logs the decision. Core Inputs (context it uses): • Chore checklist + completion status • Homework/school tasks + completion status • Daily limits (time caps, allowed hours, device rules) • Special rules (weekdays vs weekends, exceptions) Outputs: • Yes/No decision • “Why” + next steps • Simple log of requests and approvals/denials
